2. Payment Terms
All projects require a minimum 50% upfront payment before work begins.
Remaining payment is due upon final delivery or milestone completion.
Payments are non-refundable once design and development work has commenced.
Payment methods accepted: UPI, Bank Transfer, PayPal, etc.
3. Project Timelines
Project timelines vary based on scope and requirements.
Client delays in feedback, content, or approvals may extend the delivery timeline.
Urgent or express delivery will be subject to additional charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) in a timely manner.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving work at agreed stages.
5. Revisions Policy
Standard packages include up to 3 free revisions.
Additional revisions will incur extra charges based on complexity.
6. Ownership & Rights
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website/design is transferred to the client.
Digi-Vise retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds will be issued once the project has started.
If a client cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be considered.
8. Limitation of Liability
Digi-Vise is not liable for damages caused by third-party services, plugins, hosting providers, or client’s misuse of the website.
We do not guarantee rankings or sales, though we work toward optimal performance and visibility.
9. Confidentiality
All client data, materials, and project information are kept strictly confidential and are not shared with third parties.
10. Modifications
Digi-Vise reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts
